About The International Club of Dalian
Club Origins
On December 6, 2007 the first organizational meeting of ICD was held. This expat group knew there was a need for improved social and business networking opportunities in the area. The time had come to finally make these connections!
The greater Dalian metropolitan area is an important and growing business center in northern China. It is essential to the companies and their foreign employees to have business networking opportunities in the area. In addition, they also felt it was important to put something back into their community by helping others in the local community.
The objective of The ICD is to provide a social and business network to enrich the living experience for expatriates and their families living in and around Dalian.
