For our July cooking class, Shangri-La Chef Jek Tan will offer two contrasting cuisines' dishes: Chicken Teriyaki and Seafood Paella. Not only are both favorites in their own cultures, but also tastily prepared and enjoyed these days around the world. In addition, he will discuss oils and use of this basic cooking ingredient.
