Dalian is known for its delicious fresh seafood.  Executive Chef Jek Tan will prepare Fresh Seafood Potato, Chilled Dalian Abalone with Julienne Vegetables in Seafood Broth and Stir-fried Pork and Conpoy.  Come and enjoy this session with us!

 Location: Shangri-La Hotel

Time: Meet Rita at 9:45 in the Hotel Lobby; class starts at 10:00

Cost: RMB 100 for ICD Members ;  RMB 120 for Non-members .  Participant will receive a discount good only this day at the I Café,  Shang Palace or Nishimura Restaurants.
