East Meets West: Japanese Cooking Class, June 10 (Tuesday)
June's cooking class focus is on this Asian cuisine. We'll learn how to make a delicious Seafood Salad using sea bream, Prawn Tempura Rice with sweet potatoes and prawns, and Katsudon (Pork Rice), an easy way to prepare pork at home. All three are served with Japanese-style sauces to further bring out the special flavors of each main ingredient.
Date: Tuesday, June 10
Time: 9:45 am, class starting at 10; meet Rita in the hotel lobby
Cost: ICD Members - RMB100; Non-Members - RMB130. The Shangri-La Hotel management will offer a 20% discount on the cost of class participants' lunch at any of their restaurants; offer good only June 10.
