ICD International Luncheon - Riviera Restaurant, Thursday, Feb 4

Over 70 international and local friends gathered for the ICD international lunch at the Riviera, to celebrate Spring Festival, welcome the Year of the Tiger, and to learn more about this very special time of year in Chinese culture.

ICD members and friends gathered at the Riviera to have lunch together, and to listen to a cultural talk and a fabulous lunch.

The event included:
* a delicious 4-course meal including tea, coffee and water
* a complimentary Sangria that The Riviera will offer us
* cultural lecture on China's New Year celebration
* bazaar-like setting where you will be able to buy items typical of Chinese New Year

Local TV covered this event and allowed the foreign friends living in Dalian to wish the Dalianese people a Happy Chinese New Year.

It was a very pleasant afternoon. We look forward to the next ICD International Lunch.
