First, are you an international passport holder?

To respect the regulations of the Chinese Government only foreign passport holders may obtain a membership. For multi-national families, a Family membership may be obtained where at least one adult is an international passport holder. For Corporate membership all designated employee members must be international passport holders.

The Members Services office is located on the 12th floor of the World Trade Center Tower on Tongxing Street.

At the Member Services office you will find our staff who will assist you in completing your application form, view your international passport to verify details needed, accept payment of fees, provide receipt of payment and produce a membership card.

This office is open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If these days and times are not suitable for your busy schedule, check the Events page for the next ICDalian event of your choice; attend the event and sign up for membership with an ICDalian organizer. Don’t forget to bring your International Passport along for verification and the appropriate fee.

The membership fee for a one year calendar membership (Jan-Dec) is:
- Individual - 300RMB
- Family - 450RMB
- Corporate - 1,500RMB (up to 10 employees)
